The City of Martinsburg is authorized and empowered to enforce Article 1333
of the City of Martinsburg, in addition to prosecution under terms of the City Code, by applying for injunctive relief or for a writ of mandamus in the Circuit Court of Berkeley County, West Virginia.
Violation of any provision of Article 1333
of the City of Martinsburg Zoning Ordinance shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each separate offense. Each separate day a violation of Article 1333
occurs shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. Passed 4-8-82.)
