151.05 FAMILY LEAVE.
   For purposes of establishing a uniform method under the provisions of the Family and Medical Leave Act for the entire work force of the City of Martinsburg for the purpose of calculating the twelve month period for determining the twelve weeks of unpaid leave that a City employee can take during any twelve month period, said twelve month period shall be defined as a rolling twelve month period measured backward from the date an employee uses any Family and Medical Leave Act leave.
