The City Treasurer and the City Tax Collector shall enter into a surety bond for the faithful performance of their duties:
City Treasurer $10,000.00
Tax Collector $5,000.00
The City shall bond all other officers and employees, without exception, under a five thousand dollar ($5,000) public employees honesty blanket position bond which will include faithful performance of duty as required by law.
