(a) No Building, Structure, or Land shall be used in any way other than the uses permitted in the Zoning District in which the Building, Structure, or Land is located, with the exception of the continuation of existing Uses.
(b) Continuation of Existing Uses. The continuation of any Use existing and permitted at the time of adoption of these regulations is permitted, subject to the Nonconforming Use standards specified in Article 1329
, Supplemental Regulations.
