147.08 COOPERATION WITH BERKELEY COUNTY COURT.

The Martinsburg Public Library Commission shall have the right to cooperate with the Berkeley County Court in the establishment of branch libraries within the County and to offer free use of the library to the persons of Berkeley County and to receive funds from the Berkeley County Court for such purposes.
