The commissioners of the Historic Landmarks Commission shall elect a president, vice-president and secretary, and such other officers as they may deem advisable from the membership thereof; shall adopt by-laws; shall determine regular meeting dates and methods for having special meetings; shall determine the requirements as to a quorum of the Commission; shall determine the requirements as to voting of the membership of the Commission; and shall file with the Recorder of the City a copy of the by-laws, the times of their meetings and make reports to the Recorder of their functions.
