135.04 EMPLOYMENT OF ENGINEERS, CLERKS, ETC.; SUBMISSION OF BUDGET.

The Planning Commission may employ engineers, clerks and any other help necessary. To meet expenses, the Planning Commission shall submit to the Mayor and Council its budget for each fiscal year, itemizing expenses and amounts and the purposes thereof.
