129.01 SEMIMONTHLY SEPARATION, ETC., OF ACCUMULATED FUNDS.

The City Treasurer, with the assistance of the Recorder, shall semimonthly make proper separation and division of accumulated funds, resulting from deposits transferring the same to the proper permanent accounts of the City in the legally accepted and qualified depository.
