127.02 RECORDER TO MAKE DAILY DEPOSITS IN NAME OF TREASURER.

The Recorder shall make daily deposits of all monies received in payment of taxes, etc., in the name of the Treasurer of the City, either in the general or a special account at the regularly designated and qualified depository for City funds, retaining duplicate deposit slips.
