111.24 RECEIPT OF MOTIONS WHEN QUESTION IS BEFORE COUNCIL.

At a meeting of Council, when a question is before Council, no motion shall be received unless to amend, postpone or commit the main question, or lay it on the table, for the previous question or to adjourn.
