111.18 CALL FOR PREVIOUS QUESTION.

At any meeting of Council, the call for the previous question shall be decided by the following proposition: "Shall the main question be put?" The call shall be admitted only on the call of three members and until decided shall preclude all amendments or debate on the main question.
