111.16 READING OF MINUTES.

Unless prior to the meeting each Councilman shall have been furnished with a written copy of the minutes of prior meetings, at each meeting of Council the minutes of the prior meetings shall be read, and being corrected, if necessary, shall be signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk.
