111.10 PROCEDURE WHEN MEMBER TRANSGRESSES RULE.

At any meeting of Council, if any member transgresses any rule of Council, the Mayor shall, or any other member may, call him to order. In such case the member called to order shall immediately sit down and be silent, unless permitted by Council to explain, and Council, if appealed to, shall decide the matter.
