111.08 ALLOWANCE OF APPEAL FROM DECISION ON QUESTION OF ORDER.

   At any meeting of Council, an appeal from the decision of the Mayor upon a question of order shall be allowed to be put only upon the demand of two members besides the appellant.

   At any meeting of Council, the question upon an appeal shall be put in the following form: "Shall the decision of the chair be reversed?"
