521.16 MINIMUM DISTANCE BETWEEN CLASS A LICENSED WEST VIRGINIA ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL ADMINISTRATION ESTABLISHMENTS AND CHURCHES AND SCHOOLS.

(a) A Class A licensed West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration establishment shall not be located within three hundred (300) feet of any school, measured from front door to front door, along the street or streets.

(b) A Class A licensed West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration establishment shall not be located within fifty (50) feet of any church, measured from front door to front door, along the street or streets.
