1717.04 PENALTIES.

Any person issued a citation pursuant to Section 1717.03(a) shall be punished by a fine as follows: within any 12-month period, $100.00 for the first citation, $200.00 for the second citation, $300.00 for the third citation, and $500.00 for the fourth citation and each citation thereafter.
