756.15 EFFECTIVE DATE.

This article shall be forwarded to the West Virginia State Tax Department immediately upon adoption and sales tax shall be effective pursuant to the provisions of W.Va. Code 11-15B-35 and W.Va. Legislative Rule 110 C.S.R.
