1791.01 ORDER TO SECURE.

When the Building Code Official orders an owner of a vacant, fire damaged, or abandoned building to secure all doors and windows, including any or all windows or exterior openings in the upper floors of the building, in accordance with the State of West Virginia Building Code, the Building Code Official shall designate the materials and procedures to be used to comply with such order.
