101.09 OFFICIAL COPY OF CODE TO BE KEPT BY CITY RECORDER.

One copy of this Code shall be certified by the City Recorder as correct and official and shall be placed and kept permanently on file in the office of the City Recorder. No person shall remove such copy of the Code from the office of the City Recorder.
