1751.02 DUTIES.

   (a)   The City Planner shall supervise and be responsible for enforcing the provisions of the Planning and Zoning Ordinances of the City.

   (b)   The City Planner shall supervise and direct enforcement of the provisions of the State Building Code as adopted by the City and modified from time to time.

   (c)   It shall be the duty of the City Engineer to enforce compliance with the provisions of City Ordinances, respecting street excavations.
