1741.07 DUTIES OF COUNCIL.

It is the intent of this article that the duties of the members of Council, in connection with this article, shall not include hearing and deciding questions of a technical nature or performance standards concerning the codes. These questions are decided by the Code Appeals Board. Under this article the members of Council shall have only the duties of considering and adopting or rejecting proposed amendments or changes to the codes, as provided by law.
