1711.02 DEFINITIONS.

(a) Wherever the word "jurisdiction" is used in the State Building Code, hereby adopted, it shall be taken to mean the City of Martinsburg, West Virginia.

(b) Wherever the term "legal counsel" is used in the State Building Code, hereby adopted, it shall be taken to mean the City Attorney.
