955.12 NON-COLLECTION OF SOLID WASTE CONTAMINATED BY DESIGNATED RECYCLABLES.

The City Manager, the Recycling Coordinator, or the designated contractor collecting solid waste generated within the City may refuse to collect solid waste from any person. The City may refuse to collect solid waste from any person who has clearly failed to source separate recyclables designated under an applicable section of this article.
