905.17 GRADE AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALK, CURB, GUTTER.

No person shall construct or build any sidewalk, curb or gutter without first having obtained from the City Engineer the proper grade and specifications therefor and such person building such sidewalk, curb or gutter shall comply with such grade and specifications so obtained.
