§ 71.10 DISREGARD OF SIGNS AND BARRICADES.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to disregard any sign or device placed by the Police or Fire Departments, or other authorized person, indicating an area is closed under authority of §§ 71.08 and 71.09 above.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to move a barricade erected by a person authorized to erect the barricade, or circumvent or drive a motor vehicle past or around a barricade so erected.
   (C)   Any person violating this section is subject to the penalty set out in § 71.99 below.
   (D)   It is a defense to prosecution under this section, if the person was directed or specially permitted by police, fire, city or other government personnel to disregard a sign, device or barricade indicating an area or road is closed.
