(B) Any violation following a documented warning of this chapter with the exception of § 95.10 (Control of vicious animals) and § 95.11 (Dogs that are a danger to persons) shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor, and upon convictions shall be fined a sum of $250, and each and every day's violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Subsequent convictions for any violation of this chapter shall be fined an amount of $500.
(C) The first violation of § 95.10 (Control of vicious animals) or § 95.11 (Dogs that are a danger to persons) shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined a sum of $250, and each and every day's violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Subsequent convictions for any violation of this chapter shall be fined an amount of $500.
(D) If a person is convicted of violating any penal law regarding animal care, such a person's privilege and license to own, keep, harbor, or have custody of animals shall be deemed automatically revoked upon conviction. If a person is convicted of a violation of this chapter regarding animal care, the judge of the municipal court may order, as part of the judgment, a period of time may pass before the person may apply for any new or renewed such privilege or license.
(E) A complaint or information for any Class C misdemeanor may be presented within two years from the date of the commission of the offense, and not afterward.
