§ 95.11 DOGS THAT ARE A DANGER TO PERSONS.
   (A)   If a person reports an incident involving a dangerous dog as defined in § 95.01, the Supervisor of Animal Control or designee shall have the authority to investigate the incident.
   (B)   If, after receiving the sworn statements of any witnesses, the animal control authority determines the dog is a dangerous dog, the owner will be notified of that fact.
   (C)   The city will comply with the V.T.C.A. Health and Safety Code, title 10, Health and Safety of Animals, chapter 822.0422, relating to the reporting of a dangerous dog.
   (D)   If there is a determination pursuant to chapter 822 of the Texas Health and Safety Code that there is a dangerous dog, as defined in § 95.01, then the owner of said dog, shall, in addition to the requirements of section 822.042, be required, within 30 days, to have erected a secured enclosure for said dog, as defined in § 95.01.
