Each developed premises or occupancy within the city that has an assigned street address shall have the street address numerals displayed in a location and manner which is readable from the street upon which it is addressed. Authorized locations for the display of street address numerals include other signs allowed by this chapter, mailboxes, fences or walls, and building walls. New construction shall comply with this provision prior to the receipt of a certificate of occupancy.
