(A) A person found guilty of violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any city employee or agent, acting on authority granted by the City Council is empowered to immediately remove any illegally placed or prohibited sign without notice, and at the sole expense of the owner and/or real property owner.
(C) The city shall have the right to seek all appropriate legal recourse by way of injunctive or other appropriate relief in addition to any other penalties and enforcement provided in this section.
