A permit for the demolition of a historic landmark or a building, structure or object within a historic district, including secondary building and major landscape features, shall not be granted by the Building Official (or other city official) unless and until a decision is made on an application for a certificate of appropriateness by the Commission, as provided for in §§ 151.08, 151.09 and 151.10 above.
