The carrying of a firearm by a person other than a person licensed to carry a concealed handgun under Tex. Gov't Code, Ch. 411, Subchapter H, is unlawful at a:
(A) City office;
(B) Public park;
(C) Public meeting of the city or city-sponsored community event;
(D) Political rally, parade or official meeting;
(E) Non-firearms related school, college or professional athletic event; and
(F) Public parade utilizing city streets and roads.
