§ 110.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Every person to which this chapter applies that fails to make full, timely payment of the rental fees provided for in this chapter shall pay a civil penalty of $100 for each day after the deadline that the person fails to make payment. This sum may be recovered by the city in a court of competent jurisdiction by a suit filed therein.

   (B)   It is unlawful for a person to which this chapter applies, and the local manager or agent of that person, to fail to timely file the report required by § 110.04 above, or to refuse to allow the examination provided for in § 110.05 above.
