The City Council may, when it sees fit, have the books and records of any person to which this chapter applies examined by a representative of the city to ascertain whether a report filed by the person in accord with § 110.04 above is accurate. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the city from ascertaining the accuracy of a report by any other method.
