It is unlawful for anyone to sell or offer to sell any goods, wares, services or merchandise of any kind in a city park except by authority of an approved concession contract or permit properly issued by the city and approved by the City Council.

It is unlawful for any person to abandon, store or leave a vehicle, boat, trailer or other personal property in a city park. Any vehicle, boat, trailer or other personal property found in violation of this section may be removed and stored at the owner's expense.

(A) The Mayor or City Council may, in order to protect the public's health, safety or welfare, or preserve city park resources, impose temporary restrictions on the use of city parks and facilities.
(B) Employees of the city, peace officers and emergency personnel are exempt from these rules to the extent these rules conflict with the discharge of their official duties.

(A) A person found guilty of violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) The city shall have the right to seek all appropriate legal recourse by way of injunctive or other appropriate relief in addition to any other penalties and enforcement provided in this section.
