§ 93.31 SIGNS AND ADVERTISING.
   It is unlawful for a person within any city park to:
   (A)   Announce, advertise or call the public's attention in any way to any article or service for sale or hire;
   (B)   Announce, advertise or call the public's attention in any way to any political candidate, political proposition or in any way try to solicit votes or voters; or
   (C)   Paste, glue, tack or otherwise post any signs, placard, advertisement or inscription whatsoever nor shall any person erect or cause to be erected any sign whatsoever on any park land.
