§ 93.27 TRASH AND LITTERING.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, deposit, place or drop loose paper, cans, plastic bottles, sacks, boxes, cloths, waste materials or any kind of rubbish on the ground within any park.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to place or deposit any garbage, trash or refuse that was not generated within a city park in any trash receptacle of a city park.
