§ 93.26 ANIMALS.

(A) It is unlawful for any person exercising ownership, care, custody or control of any animal to allow the animal to run at large in any city park. All pets must be on a leash.

(B) It is unlawful for any person exercising ownership, care, custody or control of any animal to allow the animal to soil city park grounds without immediately picking up and properly disposing of the droppings.
