(A) It shall be unlawful for any person in a city park to build or attempt to build a fire except in designated cooking grills either provided by the city or privately owned and brought to a city park for use.
(B) No person shall drop, throw or otherwise scatter lighted matches, burning cigarettes, cigars, tobacco paper or other inflammable material.
(C) All types of fireworks and firearms are prohibited.
