It is unlawful for a person to:
(A) Intentionally or knowingly interfere with, disrupt or prevent the orderly conduct of any exclusive use permit being conducted by the city in any city park;
(B) Recklessly engage in disruptive, destructive or violent conduct which endangers public property, health or safety of the public utilizing the facility;
(C) Intentionally or knowingly make unreasonable noise in a public place or to use electronic equipment, including speakers, at a volume which emits sound 65 continuous decibels at the site of the complaint;
(D) Take, remove, destroy, deface, tamper with or disturb any artifact or cultural feature or to take, remove or disturb any rock, soil, gem, mineral, fossil or other geological deposit from or in any city park;
(E) Use a metal detector in a city park;
(F) Willfully pick, pull, pull up, tear up, dig up or out, mutilate, break, bruise, injure, burn, remove, carry away or destroy any tree, shrub, plant, vine, flower, moss or vegetation, or portion thereof, including but not limited to leaf, moss, foliage, berries, fruit, grass, turf, humus, cones, dead or downed wood, from or in a city park; or
(G) Fail or refuse to leave a park after being ordered to do so by a peace officer or city personnel, or to return to a park during the time when the person was ordered to leave and remain outside the park.
(H) Purposely place a canopy or obstacle in the navigable passage way of the river.
