§ 93.05 USE OF PARK FACILITIES FOR PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PURPOSES.
   (A)   The only area of the Allan Bates Park that may be reserved is the area located to the immediate right of the entrance between the swings and parking lot cable.
   (B)   An exclusive use permit is required for public or private reservation of the city’s park space determined in division (A) above. The application must include the following:
      (1)   An agreement under which the permit holder will pay in full, promptly upon receipt of an invoice the costs of repair for any damage to public or private property resulting from, or in connection with, the event permit, if the producer has not fully repaired or restored the property to its condition prior to the event, or to better than that condition;
      (2)   The costs of repair for any damage to public or private property resulting from, or in connection with, the permit, if the permit holder has not fully repaired or restored the property to its condition prior to the filming, or to better than that condition;
      (3)   An agreement, on a form provided by the city, under which the guarantor will hold harmless, indemnify and defend the city and its officers, agents and employees from and against all claims that may arise in connection with the event; and
      (4)   A credit authorization form as a deposit $100 for failure to maintain § 93.05(D).
   (C)   The City Council shall establish the schedule of fees and charges for the utilization of park and recreational facilities by private individuals or groups, as well as for the electric consumption. The current fee for such usage by city residents is set at $25 and non-city residents is set at $75. Additionally, it is prohibited to utilize water resources in these facilities.
   (D)   All park and recreational facilities must be left in as good a condition or better than before the use by any person or group.
