(1) Any person who violates any of the terms or provisions of this chapter shall be charged with a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days.
(2) In the event of a violation or threatened violation of this chapter, the City Council or any member thereof, in addition to other remedies, may institute appropriate actions or proceedings to prevent, restrain, correct or abate such violations or threatened violations, and it shall be the duty of the City Solicitor to prosecute such action. In addition to any other penalty herein violation of the terms or provisions of this chapter is a Municipal Infraction.
