§ 130.013 PUBLIC OFFICIALS; HARASSMENT; IMPERSONATION.
   (A)   Any person who willfully prevents or attempts to prevent any public officer or employee from performing the officer’s or employee’s duty commits a violation of this division (A).

   (B)   Any person who falsely claims to be or assumes to act as an elected or appointed officer, magistrate, peace officer or person authorized to act on behalf of the state or any subdivision thereof, having no authority to do so, commits a violation of this division (B).
