Any applicant or licensee described in this chapter who shall violate, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the sections of this chapter or who shall make a false statement in any application for a license as required in this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in § 119.012 of this chapter and any license issued under this chapter shall be revoked.
