§ 118.999 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this Code of Ordinances.

(B) Anyone violating any of the provisions of §§ 118.001 through 118.014 shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties as provided in § 10.999(A) and (B) of this Code of Ordinances.
