§ 112.004 ALCOHOL PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS.
   It is unlawful for any owner, manager, officer, agent, employee or person in charge of any commercial establishment within the city, to allow the possession of beer, wine or liquor, for on-site consumption, in connection with any show, performance or other presentation upon the premises, which in whole or in part, presents or depicts nudity or sexual conduct or any simulation thereof. As used in this section, NUDITY means the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area or buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering or the showing of the female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any portion thereof below the top of the darkened area surrounding the nipple.
