§ 112.999 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.

(B) A violation of § 112.038 of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable as provided in § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.

(C) A violation of § 112.039 of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable as provided in § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.
