(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating §§ 91.020 through 91.025 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances. Each day upon which such violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation.
