§ 57.017 TUNNELING PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to tunnel under the sidewalk or the curb or the pavement of any street, avenue or public highway, except where permitted by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer, and no such permit shall be granted for a tunnel more than 18 inches under the curb and paving.
   (B)   Permit fee to be set by resolution.
