§ 57.999 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person violating any of the pertinent provisions of §§ 57.035 through 57.055 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine pursuant to § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.
