§ 32.999 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Anyone violating any of the sections of §§ 32.015 through 32.019 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties provided in § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.
